ideas42 Names Rachel Taylor Interim Executive Director

Applied behavioral design nonprofit taps internal organizational leader to take the helm

Washington, D.C. (September 16, 2025) ideas42’s Board of Directors announced the appointment of Rachel Taylor as interim Executive Director of the organization as CEO Bridgette Gray steps down from her role. 

“Rachel’s track record and comprehensive understanding of our mission, partnerships, and operations make her the ideal leader to guide ideas42,” said George Overholser, Chair of ideas42’s Board of Directors. “She brings a unique perspective on how best to realize the organization’s collective mission, which ensures ideas42 will continue to deliver meaningful impact for the communities we work with.”

Having served in key leadership positions across both programs and operations during her seven years at ideas42, Taylor is uniquely positioned to ensure seamless continuity in the organization’s strategic direction and ongoing initiatives. She brings extensive leadership experience and deep institutional knowledge to her new role.
